Todos los deportistas pasan por momentos en los que se sienten cansados, frustrados o derrotados. Jugadas fallidas, partidos dif\u00edciles, falta de confianza: estos momentos pueden hacer que un jugador quiera rendirse o dejar de intentarlo.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"999\" data-end=\"1329\">El episodio 5 ayuda a los atletas a entender que la determinaci\u00f3n no es algo con lo que se nace. Es algo que se construye poco a poco, con constancia, a trav\u00e9s de peque\u00f1as decisiones para seguir esforz\u00e1ndose incluso cuando parece dif\u00edcil.
